Oliver Behavioral Consultants (OBC) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team at our Thornton clinic. If you're passionate about collaboration, innovation, and helping children thrive, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

  • Provide direct therapy to pediatric clients (in-clinic and via telehealth)

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Partner with families, educators, and referring professionals to support each child's progress

  • Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing case reviews

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Telehealth experience – many of our clients live in rural communities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pediatric or multidisciplinary settings

  • Knowledge of AAC or early intervention

  • Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus
