Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced Radiation Therapist skilled in radiation therapy techniques and technologies. This role is based in Woodbridge, VA, at a premier cancer treatment center, providing advanced radiation treatment to patients using cutting-edge equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments using Varian Truebeam, Varian Trilogy, and IBA Proton systems
- Operate and maintain Varian treatment systems and Aria EMR for accurate treatment documentation
- Collaborate closely with oncology care teams to ensure patient safety and treatment effectiveness
- Adhere to facility protocols, including safety standards and treatment procedures
- Participate in department-specific orientation and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications and Experience
- Valid Virginia state RT(T) license required at submission
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Varian treatment systems including Truebeam, Trilogy, and IBA Proton therapy
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Familiarity with Aria EMR treatment documentation system preferred
Schedule
- Five 8-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours
- Variable weekend requirement depending on proton machine availability
- No on-call duties required
