Job Benefits and Perks:

• Holiday Light installation starting between $25-26 per hour. Window cleaning $20-$21/hour. Up to a $1000 hiring bonus depending on experience. Opportunity for overtime.
• Work comfortably and casually. Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts and cold weather gear are all provided. And we provide all the equipment youll need too!

Job Summary:

• Each morning, youll meet with the rest of the team to understand the days game plan.
• Youll drive one of our Shine vehicles to various customers homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customers needs.
• Youll call upcoming customers on your way to the job alerting them that youre on the way.
• Youll meet customers face to face (if theyre home) before the crew begins its work to ensure were meeting the customers expectations on the job that day.
• Upon inspection, you may suggest other services the customer may consider that you feel may be appropriate.
• When the work is complete, youll complete a post-job inspection and meet again with the customer (if theyre home) to review the work to their satisfaction.
• Youll accept and process the customers payment through our mobile payment technology completing the job.
• Youll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for the next days work.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have experience working on ladders and roofs
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 50 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Must be able to work outside
• Must want to work in a leadership capacity
