Located at 100 Milk Street, Methuen, MA, our clinic is known for exceptional rehabilitation services provided by dedicated professionals. The Methuen office is situated in the Milk Street Office Park, across the street from The Loop and Home Depot, with easy accessibility from Routes 213, 93, and 95. The ground-level clinic offers ample parking right outside the front door.
\nSchedule & Requirements\n
- Duration: 13 to 26 weeks
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Productivity: 55-63 patients per week
- Open to 4x10 scheduling, with a requirement for availability on 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
- Cancel notice: 30 days
- EMR System: Raintree
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience
- At least 1 year of professional physical therapy experience

Pre-assignment modules will be reimbursed for the specified time.
