Headquartered in Texas, we are looking for someone out of our Daleville, Virginia location! We specialize in providing climate control in our data centers and are continuing to expand all over the U.S. and beyond!


Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely and efficient production schedules.
  • Monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze materials management practices to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
  • Lead cost reduction initiatives and evaluate engineering principles for manufacturing solutions.
  • Manage projects related to process improvements and production enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience with process improvement and quality control methodologies.
  • Familiarity with production planning and automation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
