About Us
We are an established, accredited dual diagnosis residential treatment center located in Lantana, FL. Our 55-bed, 30-day program provides evidence-based treatment to individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Masters-Level Therapist to join our team and support clients on their recovery journey.
Position Overview
The Therapist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care through individual and group therapy, treatment planning, case management, and discharge coordination. This position requires a licensed or license-eligible professional with a strong foundation in dual diagnosis treatment, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group facilitation for clients with co-occurring disorders

Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, and treatment planning

Collaborate with the clinical, medical, and case management teams to ensure coordinated care

Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Joint Commission and DCF standards

Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to program development

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Assist clients in discharge planning and aftercare coordination
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field

Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or Registered Intern

2+ years of experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment (residential experience preferred)

Knowledge of trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule
