MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- 10-20 years of progressive HR Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Experience at a small organization/start up and helping them grow
- SHRM or PHR Certification
- Master's Degree
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
