What You’ll Do:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and ready.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, managing supplies, and anticipating needs.
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow strict safety and infection-control protocols.
• Care for surgical instruments before, during, and after operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior medical experience required.
• Graduate from a Surgical Technology program and Certification (CST) preferred but will consider eligible candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
