Position Overview
Were seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Winter T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, thrives in a leadership position, and wants to make a meaningful impact in their communitywhile earning extra income on the weekends.


What Youll Do

• Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 34) and Coach Pitch (ages 56) games
  
  
• Oversee our volunteers coaching the basics of baseball while keeping activities fun, safe, and engaging
  
  
• Communicate clearly with parents, players, and volunteer coaches
  
  
• Foster a positive atmosphere that reflects the i9 Sports culture
  
  
• Ensure games are organized, on time, and enjoyable for all families

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age (25+ preferred)
  
  
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
  
  
• Comfortable leading both kids and adults in a group setting
  
  
• Prior experience with baseball and/or working with children
  
  
• Saturday availability (January - February 9:30am-1:30pm)
  
  
• Professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
