Pay Rate Range: $37 $50 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)

Soliant Education is now seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher to work with students in grades K-3rd for a school near Robesonia, PA. This is a full-time, onsite contract position for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs in grades K-3

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and parents to support student learning and progress

• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student records

• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies tailored to each students needs

• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field

• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification

• Experience working with K-3 students preferred

• Strong munication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
