Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to serve students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting located in Watsonville, CA. This contract position runs from January 2026 to June 2026, providing consistent hours and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the educational experiences of children and adolescents at various grade levels, including Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School (Grades 6-8), and High School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services customized to students' developmental and educational needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement intervention plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary
- Support student participation in classroom activities and enhance functional skills across multiple grade levels
Qualifications:
- Active state license to practice occupational therapy is required
- Experience working with students across grades K-12, including Early Childhood and adolescents in Middle and High School
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Position Details:
- Contract duration: January 2026 to June 2026
- Workweek: 5 days per week, 30+ hours
- Pay rate starting at $43+ per hour
