Over the next 36 months, we’re growing into multiple new markets, and we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven recruiter to help build our future.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit daily and set a minimum of 3 qualified appointments for our broker and managers
- Conduct preliminary Zoom meetings as needed
- Manage daily recruiting files and CRM updates (KvCore/Boldtrail)
- Plan and execute recruiting events
- Create and manage social media and e-blast campaigns with marketing support
- Prepare weekly recruiting reports and strategy updates for leadership
- Implement creative agent outreach efforts
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and new leads
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone and presentation skills (Zoom + in-person)
- Excellent communication and follow-up habits
- Confident using sales scripts
- Goal- and quota-driven with the desire to outperform
- Prior experience in sales, recruiting, or real estate a plus
- Ability to track and report daily metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build wealth
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary + commission

Job Type & Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available (hybrid work options available)
- Typical schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
- Part-time: Evening or weekend shifts available
