At Active Fire Door Products, we’re dedicated to making fire door compliance simple, effective, and reliable. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As our Office Assistant, you’ll be the Assistant for our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing phones, emails, and correspondence to ensure timely communication.

  • Assisting with order entry, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Providing support to the sales and operations teams with scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.

  • Organizing digital and physical files, ensuring easy access to important documents.

  • Helping coordinate meetings, trainings, and events (both virtual and in-person)..

  • Supporting marketing efforts by preparing materials, updating databases, and assisting with social media posts or email campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.

  • Attention to detail with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

  • Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
