Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team in a hands-on, on-site role supporting packaging and material handling operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with forklift experience who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
Location: On-site – Appleton, WI
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Transport and organize drums, totes, and pallets (liquid and powdered materials)
• Support a basic packaging line by filling, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
• Load, unload, stack, and stage materials in warehouse and production areas
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards
Experience:
• Prior forklift experience required (certification is a plus)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling environments preferred
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
