YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
The Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Lead daily operations on the floor, ensuring exceptional guest experience through high-touch service and attention to detail
- Manage staff scheduling, shift coverage, and payroll compliance to meet labor cost targets
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance with local and state codes
- Analyze performance metrics such as sales reports, labor percentages, and customer satisfaction data to improve efficiency and profitability
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the restaurant’s brand values
- Serve as a role model in wine knowledge, service standards, and hospitality - passionately educating both staff and guests about the wine program
- Work closely with the General Manager and Chef to uphold operational excellence and maintain consistent quality in service and product
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 7+ years of experience in restaurant management with a $8M+ upscale full-service restaurant
- Experienced, self-motivated restaurant leader with strong skills and a “guests first” mindset
- Proven ability to manage P&L, forecasting, and business metrics to drive profitability
- Passionate about hospitality, wine, and cocktails with a desire to teach and inspire
- Holds high standards and leads with accountability, positive energy, and strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and confident using restaurant systems for scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Personable and approachable with both guests and team members; fosters collaborative culture
- Treats the role like running a business—focused on execution, guest care, and team development
