$85,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead daily operations on the floor, ensuring exceptional guest experience through high-touch service and attention to detail
  • Manage staff scheduling, shift coverage, and payroll compliance to meet labor cost targets
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance with local and state codes
  • Analyze performance metrics such as sales reports, labor percentages, and customer satisfaction data to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the restaurant’s brand values
  • Serve as a role model in wine knowledge, service standards, and hospitality - passionately educating both staff and guests about the wine program
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Chef to uphold operational excellence and maintain consistent quality in service and product


BACKGROUND PROFILE:

  • 7+ years of experience in restaurant management with a $8M+ upscale full-service restaurant
  • Experienced, self-motivated restaurant leader with strong skills and a “guests first” mindset
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, forecasting, and business metrics to drive profitability
  • Passionate about hospitality, wine, and cocktails with a desire to teach and inspire
  • Holds high standards and leads with accountability, positive energy, and strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and confident using restaurant systems for scheduling, inventory, and reporting
  • Personable and approachable with both guests and team members; fosters collaborative culture
  • Treats the role like running a business—focused on execution, guest care, and team development
