School-Based Positions – 2026–2027 School Year
We have multiple school-based Speech-Language Pathologist openings available, including two short-term maternity leave coverage assignments and several ongoing caseload-sharing positions. All positions listed below include a full benefits package.

6:45 AM – 2:15 PM

Anticipated Dates
Begins August 3 (pre-planning) through at least October; exact end date to be confirmed with the SLP on leave
On-Site Team
Will work alongside an SLP and a Clinical Fellow (CF) SLP at this site
Required Credential
CF-SLP or CCC-SLP
Note: If a candidate is unable to commit to the full-time schedule, spot coverage will also be considered. This coverage could carry over after the SLP returns from leave to provide compensatory therapy for any time missed.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing evaluations as needed for assigned caseload

Develop, implement, and progress-monitor IEP goals and objectives for students with communication disorders

Provide direct individual and/or group therapy services in accordance with each student's IEP

Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, families, and other related-service providers

Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility staffings, and re-evaluation reviews

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and ASHA standards

Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellow SLPs and/or SLP Assistants as assigned
Qualifications
-
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active or eligible Florida SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or active Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP) under supervision

Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required

Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills
