Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Therapist in beautiful Heber City, Utah, and make a real impact in your community while enjoying the perks of a close-knit, rural work environment. This onsite role offers competitive pay ranging from $31.48–$48.65/hour. You'll work directly with Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder clients in a supportive, client-centered setting where collaboration, compassion, and innovation are valued every day.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Days Varied), Varied Hours
Compensation: $31.48–$48.65 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a Therapist
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document client progress in the EHR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support positive client outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
- Support clients through empathetic, ethical, and recovery-focused care
- Maintain compliance with agency, state, and federal standards
Qualifications
- Associate Licensure (Utah): CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT
OR - Full Licensure (Utah): LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience or interest in Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder treatment
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ethical practice, client safety, and professional growth
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Willingness to obtain Domestic Violence and NOJOS certifications
- Spanish-speaking applicants may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
