RMA Sales, a locally owned company serving Hawai‘i since 1961, is looking for a motivated, career-minded Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We proudly represent high-quality architectural products, building materials, and residential/commercial windows and doors across the islands—and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.

What You’ll Do
- Work directly with contractors, architects, government agencies, dealers, and homeowners
- Provide accurate product knowledge - details, specifications, and pricing
- Prepare quotes, generate sales orders, and manage customer transactions
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable, friendly team
- Represent a respected company known for quality and service

What We Are Looking For
- Prior inside/outside sales experience
- Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Solid basic math skills (fractions/decimals)
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and general computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Building industry knowledge a plus
- Blueprint reading and take-off experience a bonus
