Job Description:
Lead the design and execution of scalable, AI-driven revenue systems that connect Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to drive measurable growth. This role fills a critical gap in connecting siloed GTM functions through scalable systems and automation. The ideal candidate is a technically strong RevOps or Growth leader who can independently build and optimize revenue infrastructure. This candidate will blend systems thinking with hands-on execution and translate data into growth outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deploy AI-driven automation across the full buyer lifecycle
  • Build workflows that convert demand signals into actionable GTM triggers
  • Integrate CRM and Martech systems to enable seamless data flow
  • Partner cross-functionally to align technical systems with business goals
  • Audit and optimize the buyer journey to eliminate friction points
  • Develop and maintain documentation for revenue systems and automation logic
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and API standards
  • Act as an internal consultant to identify and solve growth bottlenecks

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • 6 years in Growth Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Technical Product Management
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or infrastructure environments
  • Strong expertise in APIs, integrations, and data architecture
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation and orchestration
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools
  • Experience building workflows using AI agents and behavioral data signals
  • Ability to operate autonomously in high-growth environments

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in real estate technology or complex B2B industries
  • Prior leadership or team management experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or similar integration platforms
