The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling bookkeeping tasks in Quick Books, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

Enter and categorize transactions in Quick Books.

Balance and reconcile accounts regularly.

Prepare invoices, process client payments, and maintain financial records.

Assist with reporting and general financial tracking.

Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling.

Perform other office duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:

Prior bookkeeping experience required.

Proficiency in Quick Books.
