OVERVIEW

BiblicalTraining is the premier provider of free biblical training materials to a global user base of people seeking to grow in their faith. We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our team in a variety of administrative and program-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be adept at organizing and managing multiple tasks, coordinating events, and maintaining records as well as communicating with a variety of important stakeholders. The person will have a passion for serving others and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are important for this role.

Reports to: Chief Executive Offer
Hours: Part-time (20-30) with full time hours possible at a later date
Location: Remote
Compensation: Commensurate with experience


JOB SUMMARY
The Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of BT. The Administrator will function as the
program manager for all BT Staff. The Administrator reports to the President/CEO.

8. Basic understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
9. Ability to utilize software applications relevant to the role, such as Microsoft Office Suite and donor
management systems (LittleGreenLight).
10. Detail-orientation to proficiently manage records, databases, and reports accurately.
11. Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that may arise during daily operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Board
1. Schedule and manage Board and Committee meetings (including minutes).
2. Assist the CEO in facilitating frequent communication with the Board by way of reports, updates,
calendar invites and general communications to ensure that the Board is aware of important
developments and items requiring their attention.

Administration
1. Oversee day-to-day operation of the organization
2. Maintain and update policies and official documents
3. Maintain filing system and master documents
4. Annual paperwork (Corporation; Non-Profit; Solicitation; PCI Compliance; Business License)
5. Contact person for ECFA, IRS, and CBD.

Program management
1. Manage and create tracking and reporting of projects (Trello; Google Drive)
2. Manage and facilitate the creation of survey forms

Development and finance
1. Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events
2. Assist with the preparation of budgets as well as program and financial reports

Marketing
1. Work with marketing contractors in managing social media platforms
Support
1. Coordinate volunteer activities and schedules
3. Respond to inquiries from users and donors or route to the appropriate staff member
4. Maintain and update donor databases
5. Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, providing basic support, and
maintaining files

Licenses and Subscriptions

1. Review all subscriptions and licenses that the organization has.
2. Respond to inquiries from US Census Bureau, State of Washington, State of Oregon, and insurance
agencies (with the aid of a lawyer).
3. Maintain PCI Compliance

Contractors
1. Lawyer

2. CPA/Accountant

Other
1. Check snail mail
2. Respond to surveys
3. Rotate speaker highlights weekly on home page
4. Troubleshooting website issues

Temporary Assignments
1. Watch donation trends and identify potential major donors.
2. Gain proficiency with financial systems (GiveButter; QuickBooks)
3. Monthly update donation acknowledgements in LittleGreenLight and GiveButter

1. Write grants or work with contract grant writer
2. Interface with pastors to support them and gain basic information on how BiblicalTraining is viewed
