Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Order Entry Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order processing while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders promptly and with precision, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs and educating them on relevant products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, including calls and emails, to provide superior service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage production orders, purchase orders, and supply requests.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate order-related activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data entry skills to update order processing systems and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
• Adhere to company procedures while adapting to changing priorities and workflow.
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and protocols.• Minimum of two years of experience in order entry, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and order processing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Acute attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
• Familiarity with handling business sales, purchase orders, and supply ordering processes.
