Summary of Essential Functions:
- Assist with the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns for 12 operating companies (DFC Company, Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, ISP, Dakota Unlimited, West River Striping, SAAFE/Stadium Steve, DFC Property Management) and all products and services.
- Build brand awareness and drive sales through various digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to: social media content and ads, email marketing, Google Ads, website/e-commerce, and other advertising efforts.
- Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables.
- Position the company as an employer of choice in all recruiting efforts.
- Build and establish relationships with various levels of the organization, customers, and vendors.
- Assist with other marketing efforts as needed.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- BS degree in Marketing or a related field from an accredited college is required.
- Minimum three (3) years of directly related experience is preferred.
- Experience with multiple platforms of social media, as well as website maintenance and email marketing experience, are a must.
- Experience in writing and editing website content, such as landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions with attention to brand voice, clarity, and SEO best practices is a plus.
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, such as campaign setup, keyword targeting, and performance tracking is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console or SEMrush is a plus.
