Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Cypress, TX

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to support a school district in Cypress, Texas. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students succeed in their communication and academic goals. Compensation Packages

We provide structured pay packages designed to support both local and travel professionals:

Local Candidates (Cypress area)

  • Pay Range: $53 $64 per hour

  • Full-time, school-year schedule

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit

Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

  • Equivalent Pay Range: $64 $73 per hour

  • Weekly Take Home: $1,884 $2,087

  • Travel package structured with a lower taxable hourly rate plus tax-free housing and meal stipends

  • Travel and relocation support included

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility prior to start)

  • ASHA CCC required (CFY considered if district accepts)

  • Prior school-based experience preferred

  • Ability to pass district background check and fingerprinting
