Compensation Packages
We provide structured pay packages designed to support both local and travel professionals:
Local Candidates (Cypress area)

Pay Range: $53 $64 per hour

Full-time, school-year schedule

Weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

Equivalent Pay Range: $64 $73 per hour

Weekly Take Home: $1,884 $2,087

Travel package structured with a lower taxable hourly rate plus tax-free housing and meal stipends

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility prior to start)

ASHA CCC required (CFY considered if district accepts)

Prior school-based experience preferred

Ability to pass district background check and fingerprinting
