Sterilization Technician/Dental Assistant Position
We are looking to fill a sterilization technician/secondary assistant position in our dental specialty practice.&nbsp; The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, pay attention to detail and willingness to be flexible.&nbsp; This position is full-time 4 days a week (32-36 hours).&nbsp;
Required Skills

<li>Great patient communication/instruction skills</li>
<li>Experience with dental software</li>
<li>Familiarity of dental terminology</li>
<li>Works effectively in a team environment</li>
<li>Has the ability to be flexible</li>
<li>&nbsp;Dental assisting experience a plus</li>
</ul>
Daily Tasks May Include
<ul>
<li>Sterilizes instruments</li>
<li>Records treatment information in patient records</li>
<li>Take CBCT and individual periapical x-rays</li>
<li>Orders and monitors dental supplies</li>
<li>Stocks dental supplies in sterilization and ops</li>
<li>Maintains dental equipment</li>
<li>Flips rooms between patients</li>
<li>Cleans removable appliances</li>
<li>Laundry</li>
<li>Cleaning of ops, sterilization area, and office</li>
<li>May need to assist during exams, sees patients for post ops, and fill in assisting with periodontal and endodontic procedures when needed</li>
<li>Opening and closing of back office</li>
<li>Any additional back office duties that may be necessary</li>
