Medical Assistant

Location: St. Augustine, FL 32086
Duration: Contract Opportunity
Shift: Day Shift

Schedule:

Monday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to support both front and back office operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will provide clinical and administrative support while ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient office operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience required.
At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in addition to externship.
Front and back office experience required.
Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience required.
EKG experience required.
Point-of-Care (POC) testing experience required.
EMR experience required.
Scheduling and patient rooming experience required.
Current BLS or CPR certification required.
Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
Occupational Health experience preferred.
Experience administering vaccines preferred.
