Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Progressive Die Toolmaker to produce progressive dies for the automotive industry. The successful candidate will collaborate with tool designers and handle the machining and assembly of progressive dies.

Responsibilities

  • Produce progressive dies for the automotive industry.
  • Collaborate with tool designers to achieve design specifications.
  • Perform machining and assembly of progressive dies.
  • Engage in both new tooling and tool repair.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years experience producing short run tooling from dies.
  • 3+ years experience with Progressive Dies.
  • 3+ years experience doing complete assembly of tools, from CAD design to manufacturing.
  • 1+ years experience CNC Machining on conversational Mills, specifically Mazatrol controlled Mills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with progressive die toolmaking, moldmaking, metal stamping, and tool grinding.
  • Proficiency in Mazatrol, Solidworks, and Surfcam.
  • CMM experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
