Primary Care Key Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 12-20 patients daily in an outpatient environment.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- No on-call duties required.
- This position is not remote; it is eligible for on-site telehealth only (virtual visits via video or telephone).
- Available locations include Lafayette, Leesville, and Natchitoches, LA.
- Protected administrative time is provided.
- Access to Clinical Pharmacists and Clinical Psychologists at each site.
- Potential eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (up to $200,000 over five years).
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Ranges from $230,000 to $265,000.
- Generous Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually, which includes 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 paid Federal holidays.

Preferred Experience:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; non-citizen applicants may be considered if no suitable U.S. Citizen is found.
- Possess a current, full, active, and unrestricted medical or surgical license in any U.S. State, Territory, or Commonwealth, including the District of Columbia.
