Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of current ABA practices and methodologies
  • Previous experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support and consultation to students and staff
  • Conduct assessments to understand student needs and develop appropriate interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement and monitor behavior plans

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) discussions
