Job Description

Job DescriptionJoin Our Pediatric Care Team

We are on a mission to establish the leading pediatric multispecialty group in the nation, dedicated to empowering families to foster healthy futures for their children from infancy through adulthood. Our organization is committed to revolutionizing pediatric care across the country by addressing the current challenges of excessive administrative tasks for clinicians and a fragmented approach to care. We achieve this through thoughtfully designed care delivery, enhanced by cutting-edge technology and collaborative expert teams.

The name of our organization is inspired by the founder's daughter, Zarmina, which signifies "something more precious than gold." This reflects our belief that the bond between parents and their children is the most treasured gift, and we approach each child's care with the utmost respect and dedication.

We are striving for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a more fulfilling experience for pediatric clinicians nationwide. If you are enthusiastic about joining a growing organization and being part of a foundational team that is shaping the future of pediatric care, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Position Overview

We are currently looking for compassionate and committed pediatricians to become part of our foundational team in Memphis, Tennessee. In April 2025, we joined forces with a well-respected pediatric practice, All Better Pediatrics, which has been a trusted name in the community for over a decade. Together, we are building upon these strong community ties to redefine pediatric care in the region. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the health of children while creating a supportive atmosphere for our patients, families, and the community.

Your Responsibilities

As a pediatrician with us, your primary focus will include:

  • Patient Care: Providing outstanding care by diagnosing, treating, and developing personalized care plans that cater to each child's unique needs, while addressing acute concerns promptly.
  • Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early interventions, and educating families on preventive measures for healthy growth and development.
  • Patient & Family Education: Guiding families through the entire pediatric lifecycle, offering compassionate care from infancy to adolescence, promoting healthy development, and empowering families with essential knowledge at every stage.
  • Documentation: Keeping accurate and current patient records, adhering to best practices in documentation and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

What We Are Looking For

We seek pediatricians who aspire to be part of something greater. We understand that clinicians often take on multiple roles—care team leader, mediator, and translator—and our aim is to support them in providing effective patient care. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about team-based care and embody the following qualities:

  • Communicator: Effectively manages communication with patients, families, and caregivers, promotes team collaboration, and addresses communication gaps to ensure efficient care management.
  • Advocate: Supports patients and families, meeting them where they are while utilizing resources to ensure coordinated and seamless care.
  • Collaborative: Encourages teamwork to enhance patient care, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Tech-Forward: Utilizes technology to streamline workflows, lessen administrative burdens, and enhance patient care and communication.
  • Growth-Oriented: Promotes growth and learning for patients, families, and colleagues through innovation, adaptability, and skill enhancement.
  • Family First: Respects family decisions, provides evidence-based care, and strives to keep patients in mainstream settings.

Qualifications

  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in Tennessee.
  • Current and unrestricted Tennessee DEA license.
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-residency experience in a pediatric setting.
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-oriented environment.
  • Empathetic towards patients, families, and caregivers.
  • BLS/ACLS Certification is required.

What We Offer

  • A balanced work/life schedule with four in-clinic days and one dedicated administrative day each week for charting, managing tasks, continuing education, and more.
  • Be part of a team-focused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality pediatric care within a mission-driven organization.
  • Access to ongoing learning, skill development, and career advancement within a supportive and dynamic culture.
  • A competitive compensation package that includes performance incentives.
  • Compensation is determined using market-informed data, including industry benchmarks, and may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, and individual qualifications.
  • For full-time team members, our total rewards package includes competitive base pay, performance bonuses, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, 20 days of paid time off annually, 7 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays, and a supportive, inclusive, growth-oriented culture.

We are dedicated to empowering our clinicians and team members to provide exceptional pediatric care. This commitment involves fostering an inclusive culture and building a team that reflects the diverse communities we serve. We believe that a diverse team enhances our ability to deliver better care for our patients and their families. We prioritize creating an environment where all team members feel valued, supported, and respected.

We maintain a strict policy against discrimination or harassment of any kind, including but not limited to race, color, sex, gender, age, religion, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability, military status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
