- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Collect and process payments in person and over the phone
- Perform daily walk-through inspections and clean units as needed
- Handle light retail sales and follow cash-handling procedures
- Open and close the office
- Keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming
- Report maintenance needs and ensure everything runs efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, or food service
- Cash-handling experience
- Ability to walk and stand comfortably throughout your shift
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
