Were hiring a detail-oriented and client-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling policy updates, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling day-to-day service requirements. Youll collaborate closely with our agents to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.
- $40,000-$60,000 based on experience
- Hybrid schedule: MWF in-office, Tuesday and Thursday remote

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care
- Assist clients with coverage questions, billing issues, endorsements, and claims
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and on time
- Collaborate with sales agents to support agency goals and deliver exceptional service
- Stay informed on insurance products, trends, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Prior experience in the insurance industry
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Agency Management System (HawkSoft) experience is a plus
