Position: Billing Clerk/Data Entry
Worksite: Louisville, TN 37777; Hybrid; 20 weeks/5 months (in-office training, then move to Hybrid model)
Duration: 12 months (possible extension)
Interview: In-person

Job Description:
- The New Billing Agent will perform research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues.
- The Billing Agent will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client.
