• Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for team members.
• Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access to important documents.
• Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and precise communication.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with general receptionist duties, including maintaining the front desk area.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal staff.
• Support additional office tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in operating a multi-line phone system.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
