The DRIPBaR is growing in Greenville. Our concept is simple. We provide our clients with the freshest, highest quality nutritional/vitamin intravenous (IV) drips and intramuscular (IM) shots that deliver essential nutrients right to the cellular level for maximum therapeutic effects.
We need happy and upbeat people to help us promote and deliver IV nutrient therapies to support our client’s healthy lifestyles. Some of our clients are interested in anti-aging, bio-hacking, improving energy and mental sharpness. They are not waiting to get sick; they are working to stay well. Other clients need health support as they address pre-existing conditions. What makes The DRIPBaR different is that instead of drawing primary attention to hydration and hangover recovery, our accomplished R&D Team has a broad range of research-based, IV & IM protocols for tackling pre-existing conditions. We support many clients battling through chronic illnesses such as cancer, inflammatory diseases, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cognitive impairment, and other challenging conditions that are only partially addressed by conventional medicine.
The right candidate does not need experience in adjunctive healthcare though that could be helpful. We will train you on our low-pressure sales approach, but you will be confident, outgoing, and have a philosophy supportive of the integrative, client-centered healthcare that we deliver. The focus will be on client satisfaction more than on paperwork and administrative demands.
This Sales role has variety with two synergistic aspects: Front Desk Sales Specialist, and Community Sales Specialist.
The Front Desk Sales Specialist has a sales role who will enjoy asking our clients questions to ascertain why they are calling on The DRIPBaR and how our offerings can help them achieve their lifestyle goals. You are calm under pressure and not easily overwhelmed. Initially, this role will be 3 days/week. You will be communicating directly with clients who may have a lot of questions. You will need to enjoy educating the client how their conditions and goals can be supported by healthier cells and be a patient listener and good communicator. You will need to be comfortable sharing the clinic space with your nursing co-worker.
The Community Sales Specialist has a sales role who will enjoy organizing and managing collaborative events with local businesses and practices who share a synergistic clientele. This role is a brand ambassador and generator of prospective patient leads. Initially, this role will be 1-2 days/week.
Either one of these roles could grow into a full-time position.
Being organized and knowing how to prioritize is a must.
Job Duties:
· Following up on individual leads sourced from community collaborations, digital marketing campaigns, referrals, etc.
· Ask clients about their current issues and goals and offer potential solutions, including selling of memberships, packages, and promotions.
· Various Office and Customer Service duties to include but not limited to: scheduling appointments, verifying the correct forms are filled out and complete, and providing excellent client service
· Creating and managing text and email campaigns to generate leads, which can be converted into first-drip appointments
Requirements
· SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED and ability to set and reach key performance goals.
· Willingness to learn "consultative selling" consistent with The DRIPBaR brand. Comprehensive and on-going training provided.
· Passion for integrative, alternative, wholistic approaches to improving and maintaining health
· Must possess positive, winning attitude
· Must be resourceful, and have a strong work ethic
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
· Must be able to assume a flexible work schedule if needed. Eg. Work the Front Desk on the days needed.
· Some social media familiarity preferred. Training provided.
Working Conditions
During busy periods, may require long periods of time standing and/or walking. Must be willing and able to conduct oneself in a professional, slander-free work environment. May work around biohazards. Exposure to blood borne pathogens is possible. Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs/maintenance.
Compensation includes the following:
* Competitive base: $18.00-20.00/hr, depending on sales and nutritional health experience.
* Very generous Daily Bonuses: Plausible additional $20-80 per day
* Profit-Sharing Bonus based on total clinic monthly sales
* 1 Free Drip per month ($269 value)
* 1 Free B12 shot per week ($25 value)
* 40% discount rate on all additional services/modalities offered at The DRIPBaR Greenville (IVs and IM injections) for you and your immediate family
* Job Types: Part-Time, or Full-time combination of Front Desk Sales Specialist and Community Sales Specialist
General Notes
Clinic hours: Mon-Sat, 10-5pm. Shift availability and hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Additional hours may be required during peak periods. Please indicate your availability in your letter. Schedule will be discussed at an interview.
