Position Overview
Car Pros Auto Group is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for managing daily sales operations, driving performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with dealership experience, a passion for developing people, and a proven track record of achieving sales and CSI goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct, manage, and support a team of sales professionals
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing sales staff
- Develop, motivate, and coach the sales team on a daily basis
- Ensure all sales staff meet minimum sales quotas and CSI standards
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to improve results and promote sales growth
- Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews for all team members
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including volume and sales forecasts
- Manage inventory mix and product distribution as applicable
- Ensure compliance with all legal selling practices and advertising guidelines
- Meet or exceed monthly performance and sales targets
- Maintain company policies regarding non-discrimination and harassment
- Foster a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
- Address and report any policy violations appropriately
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager in a dealership environment (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Must pass pre-employment screening including:
- Driving record/insurability check
- Background check
- Drug screening

Compensation
- $130,723.44- $155,522.70 annually (based on performance and experience)
