**Join Our Team as a Dynamic Radiology Tech Dual-Modality (XR/CT)!**\n\n**Job Description:** \nAs a Radiology Technologist specialized in CT and X-Ray, you will:\n\n- Deliver high-quality CT and X-Ray exams to assist in diagnosis or treatment.\n- Independently perform a variety of CT and X-Ray procedures.\n- Produce detailed images for licensed practitioners.\n- Support both outpatient and inpatient settings with a flexible schedule.\n\n**Minimum Qualifications:** \n*Required:* \n- Graduate of a CAHEA accredited Radiology program or equivalent.\n- Montana Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.\n- ARRT advanced certification in CT.\n- American Heart Association BLS within 60 days of hire.\n- Two (2) years of previous radiology experience.\n\n*Preferred:* \n- Associate or Bachelor degree in health care-related studies.\n\n**Essential Job Functions:** \n- Execute quality CT and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams as requested by medical staff.\n- Work with limited supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.\n- Assist medical staff in other departments during exams as necessary.\n- Perform ancillary duties related to distribution, billing, and archiving of exams.\n- Document all information required for interpretation and reporting of exams.\n- Ensure timely performance and reporting of exams by retrieving written orders and related health information.\n\n**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** \n- Exhibit sound judgment and patience while maintaining professionalism.\n- Use tact, discretion, and sensitivity while ensuring confidentiality.\n- Perform effectively in a busy and stressful environment.\n- Quickly learn and adapt to new computer applications and office equipment.\n- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.\n- Analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.\n\n**Schedule Requirements:** \n- Regular and sustained attendance is required.\n- May involve working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends.\n- On-call work may be necessary for prompt responses to organizational and patient needs.\n\n**Physical Requirements:** \n- Exerting force to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.\n- Maintain a sitting or standing posture for extended periods.\n- Walk and navigate within the work area.\n- Perform movements that require flexibility and a wide range of motion.\n- Utilize fine-finger movements continuously for tasks.\n- Possess close visual acuity for data preparation and analysis.\n- Learn new tasks, remember processes, and work independently while making timely decisions.\n\n**Exposures:** \n- Bloodborne pathogens, radiation from medical imaging procedures, and various healthcare chemicals.\n- May involve interactions with patients and families in emotional situations.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
