We are currently seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) interested in establishing a long-term strategic collaboration with a growing accounting practice serving business clients across the United States.
This opportunity is designed for professionals who are interested in building a strong working relationship focused on strengthening accounting services, supporting tax compliance, and contributing to financial guidance for clients in multiple industries.
Key areas of collaboration include:
- Technical review of financial information when applicable
- Support with federal and state tax compliance matters
- Advisory support on business entity structures (LLCs, S-Corps, C-Corps)
- Financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Participation in tax planning initiatives
- Assistance with strengthening internal controls and accounting processes
Preferred qualifications:
- Active CPA license
- Experience in U.S. accounting and tax compliance
- Knowledge of LLC and corporate structures
- Strong collaborative mindset
- Interest in building a long-term professional relationship
- Experience working with small and mid-sized businesses is a plus
Work arrangement is flexible (remote or hybrid depending on availability).
