Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacy technician experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a specialty pharmacy, retail pharmacy or high-volume environment.
- Strong experience in fulfillment operations, scheduling, and team management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and fulfillment software.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Process-driven mindset with continuous improvement orientation.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- This role is based in a specialty pharmacy environment with prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
