Creative Thoughts Counseling Center LLC is a group private practice offering mental health services that help our community members thrive! We offer evidence based care both in person and via telehealth. We are a collaborative and supportive team that offers therapists the ability to grow their skillset while supporting a work-life balance.

CTCC is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, children, families, and/or couples. A Master's degree is REQUIRED, and LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is preferred. (This role may be filled by a licensed associate-level therapist working toward independent licensure based on experience.) Therapist will provide psychotherapy services to clients with mental health diagnosis in order to work towards overall improvement in functioning that aligns with co-created client goals. This position could be a hybrid of in office and telehealth sessions with a minimum of 2 days in office.

Responsibilities include: conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans with clients, delivering psychotherapy interventions, and timely documentation within the electronic medical records system to support patient well-being.

Qualifications and Ideal Skills
\n
Master's Degree is required. Independent license in Indiana is ideal.
\n
Strong clinical skills (Focus in CBT, DBT, Trauma informed, Couple's, and/or children's therapy)
\n
Prefer 1-3 years of prior experience working in mental health setting.
\n
