About the Role
You will serve as the face of the company for top-tier accounts, ensuring seamless communication and a 'white-glove' service experience. You’ll dive into sales data to identify new revenue streams and build out strategic plans, all while making stakeholder relationship-building your top priority.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary face of the brand for key accounts, ensuring flawless communication.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify and capture new expansion opportunities.
- Develop high-level account plans that strengthen stakeholder partnerships and drive loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Skills
- A seasoned strategist with a track record in high-stakes account management or business development.
- A master communicator who can translate data into strategy and solve complex problems on the fly.
- Tech-savvy (CRM & MS Office fluent) and ready to hit the road—traveling up to 40%—to meet customers.
