Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of communication between clients, project managers, trade partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in the development, tracking, and management of project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Track client selections, approvals, and updates, making sure all decisions are accurately documented.
- Support trade partner management, including assisting with bidding processes, proposal reviews, and scope verification.
- Attend client and internal meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure action items are completed.
- Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or challenges, proactively collaborating with the project team to resolve issues.
- Maintain organized project files and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accuracy for both internal teams and clients.
- Assist in onboarding new trade partners or consultants, ensuring they understand project expectations and standards.
- Help ensure smooth project handoffs between pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in residential construction, project coordination, or related roles; luxury or custom home experience is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software, preferably Procore
- Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused and professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving mindset-you anticipate challenges and take initiative to prevent or resolve them.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working with designers, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Comfort with budgets, schedules, and reporting, with an ability to translate complex information for clients and stakeholders.
- Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and professionalism.
