Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have familiarity in the field, have a strong background in blueprint reading, and planhub. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies through effective account management.
• Identify new business opportunities through planhub.
• Monitor all bid inquiries that come through and pursue the ones that make sense for the business.
• Collaborate with the management team to facilitate project timelines.
• Utilize Builder Prime to track sales progress, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
• Provide estimates in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in blueprint reading
• Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships so we are offered repeat bids.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Proficient in using planhub and other commercial bidding sites.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work independently
