13+ Week Contract-to-Hire | Closed-Door LTC Pharmacy

Facility Type: Long-Term Care (Closed-Door)

Were seeking a licensed and dependable Staff Pharmacist to join a high-volume long-term care pharmacy. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a clear path to permanent placement for the right candidate. Ideal for pharmacists who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete initial prescription review using Frameworks software
Conduct final verification of medications before dispensing
Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy technicians
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines

Software: Frameworks (training available if needed)
Prescription Volume: Approximately 600 prescriptions daily

Schedule:

MondayFriday: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (one weekend per month required)

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Pharmacist license
Previous pharmacy experience (LTC a plus, not required)
Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume setting
Open to recent graduates with strong foundational skills
