We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Customer Service Specialist opportunity with a well-established national real estate services firm specializing in default servicing, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and title solutions. This company emphasizes honesty, integrity, and client-focused service, and offers a fast-paced, detail-driven work environment where your contributions make a real impact.
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages.
- Returning voicemails.
- Requesting reinstatement and payoff quotes for delinquent loans.
- Calculating reinstatement and payoff amounts.
- Preparing letters with calculations for reinstatement and payoff.
- Documenting in the case management system.
- Working across multiple client websites as a form of communication with clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding in a timely manner to resolve issues.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Above-average typing and computer skills; ability to work across multiple client software systems.
- Prior foreclosure experience required.
- Knowledge of mortgage documents, loan documents, appraisals, etc.
- Call center experience required.
- Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to work with Excel spreadsheets.
- General office experience (copying, filing, answering phones).
- Strong verbal and written professional communication skills.
Pay Rate Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
