HR Specialist
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION
We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are on the hunt for an energetic and organized HR Specialist to power our people operations. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates and new hires — setting the tone for what it means to be part of the LBAPS family.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct recruitment activities including job postings and candidate screening (10+ candidates/day)
- Facilitate new hire onboarding including paperwork and orientation within 48 hours of start
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Coordinate with department managers on staffing needs and hiring timelines
- Support employee relations activities and HR compliance audits
SKILLS
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding in a healthcare or ABA setting
- Knowledge of employment law compliance and HR recordkeeping
- Ability to manage high-volume candidate screening and onboarding workflows
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and applicant tracking platforms
