Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their fast-paced HR team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage full life-cycle recruitment while supporting a variety of organizational needs.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process, including interviewing candidates, guiding hiring managers through decisions, and building talent pipelines. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, can multitask effectively, and works well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates
- Lead debriefs with hiring managers and provide guidance through hiring decisions
- Develop and maintain candidate networks and pipelines
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide support to hiring managers
- Screen, interview, evaluate, perform reference checks, and manage the process through offer delivery, negotiation, and onboarding
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a nonprofit or fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Minimum of 1 year high-volume recruitment experience
- Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
- Proficiency in ATS, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
