Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes to ensure both product functionality and cost-effectiveness. Additionally this role will design fixtures and create detailed process documentation to support employee training and ongoing process improvement.
Responsibilities

Create process routings, work instructions, test plans, and inspection protocols to produce high-quality products in a cost-effective manner.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product manufacturing. Identify gaps, provide solutions, and apply mistake-proofing techniques to eliminate defects.

Analyze existing processes and design fixtures or recommend automation and new equipment to improve efficiency.

Ensure that external vendors comply with product specifications. Verify that manufacturing requirements and testing procedures are clearly defined and followed. Assist in the selection of new vendors by providing technical insights.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering required

5+ years of manufacturing experience, including use of ERP systems and managing engineering projects.

Proficient in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks preferred).

Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
