We are seeking a polished, organized Office Manager to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is essential to maintaining a professional, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth administrative support for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors; manage front desk and reception duties
Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and general office communications
Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready office environment
Manage office supplies, mail, and vendor coordination
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, room setup, and video conferencing
Support internal team needs and assist with office and client-facing events
Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in office management, front office, or administrative support
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office technology
Salesforce experience is a strong plus
Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Work Environment
100% in-office role within a professional services setting
Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
