Key ResponsibilitiesWe are currently interviewing for both full-time and part-time positions as we continue to grow. Work alongside other career-minded early childhood professionals educating our youngest learners. We believe the first five years of childhood are the most important in development and learning thus children have the right to be recognized as constructors of their own experiences. Our preschool and pre-kindergarten curriculum are designed to help children reach their fullest potential while enjoying themselves in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

  • Supervise all aspects of in-classroom activities, teaching children with developmentally and age-appropriate preschool curriculum
  • Document and monitor the learning development of each child, completing reporting on progress and milestones
  • Provide regular and open communication with caregivers regarding daily routines, behavior and progress
  • Foster positive social interactions, teaching sharing and communication
  • Maintain a clean, organized and stimulating learning environment


Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequirements/Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or can show active enrollment in one of these college programs.
  • High school diploma required and OFFICIAL transcripts.
  • Candidates must have knowledge, understanding and practical experience working with the youngest children.
  • Must be at least 19 years old.
  • Certificate showing completion of Mandated Reporter Training.
  • First Aid, CPR and Heimlich Maneuver certified.
  • Personal qualifications: Licensing Standards for Day Care Centers, emotional maturity, willingness to cooperate with the aims of the program, respect for children and adults, flexibility, patience, good personal hygiene, and physical and mental health which does not interfere with responsibilities.
